Review of Mimic Social

For class, throughout the semester, we completed rounds of mimic social. Mimic social is a simulation for managing a business using social media posts and influencers. At the end of the rounds in the simulation, my classmates and I get ranked based on how well we did. So far I am on the list relatively in the middle. This is what I expected because I know I am not good with social media. 

I found the simulation to be slightly difficult for me. In the beginning, I wasn't completely sure what to do but I figured it out. It was very time-consuming. I found myself dreading doing each round. On the other hand, it gave me a good look into what marketing with social media is like hands-on. It provided me with great information and helped me understand the process that businesses go through to keep up with their social media pages. 

The class overall gave me a good look into the world of social media. I learned a lot about the different platforms and how to maximize the engagements for posts. I do not believe that I will ever have a business page in my future but if by chance I do this class will come to play. 

Overall, I had a good experience in this class over the semester and I hope you all enjoyed my blogs. I will most likely not be doing anymore given that the class is over and I do not have the time or discipline to keep up with it anymore.
